Rydal Kitchens
Natural Lakeland-inspired — designed and installed across Tameside and Greater Manchester, and made to measure for your home.

Natural Lakeland-inspired
Inspired by the Lake District, the Rydal celebrates natural materials and honest texture. Warm timbers, tactile finishes and an unpretentious, hard-working design make it a kitchen with real character — perfect for homes that draw on the landscape and light of the North West.
The Rydal is the most rustic of our ranges, but rustic done with restraint. Natural and oiled timbers take centre stage, their grain and colour variation embraced rather than hidden. Chunky worktops, ceramic sinks, open shelving and honest metal hardware complete a look that feels connected to the outdoors. It is a kitchen that suits stone cottages and characterful homes across the hills above Tameside and out towards Saddleworth and the Peak District edge — places where a warm, natural kitchen feels entirely at home. For all its natural charm, the Rydal is built with modern, durable construction, so it stands up to everyday life while it quietly weathers into something even more beautiful.

Worktops, handles & finishing touches
The Rydal is only the starting point. Every kitchen we fit is tailored with your choice of worktop — from hard-wearing laminate to premium quartz, granite, porcelain and solid timber — chosen to suit both your look and your budget.
From there we help you coordinate handles, taps, sinks, splashbacks, lighting and appliances into one cohesive design. Our planners think about the details that make a kitchen a pleasure to use every day: deep pan drawers, clever corner storage, larders, bins and recycling, and task lighting exactly where you need it.

Rydal kitchens — frequently asked questions
Is the Rydal high-maintenance?
Natural timber does like a little care — an occasional re-oil keeps it looking its best — but it is designed to be lived in, and it only gains character with age. We will explain exactly how to look after it.
Can I have a natural look but easier upkeep?
Yes — we can pair natural-look doors with a low-maintenance quartz worktop and durable finishes to get the warmth of the Rydal with less upkeep.
Does the Rydal suit a modern home?
It is most at home in characterful and rural properties, but a pared-back Rydal scheme can bring welcome warmth to a modern space too.
Do you install towards the Peak District edge?
Yes — we regularly fit kitchens in Glossop, Hadfield, Mottram and the villages along the Peak District boundary, as well as throughout Tameside.
